Our consulting fees vary depending upon the intensity of your needs as follows;
Online consulting using e-mail will require a minimum charge of $75.00 an hour. With a one hour minimum and then billed by the 1/4 hour after that, this covers areas of general knowledge, such as how can I hire employees who are honest, where do I find them, how can I better keep the ones I have, or keep them away from the competition. etc., or what forms of advertising work the best at what times of the day, month and year, how much do I really need to spend etc., or what can I do to make my show room make my diamonds look like they display in the bigger finer stores without spending a mint on fancy lighting systems? etc.
Our consulting fees for more intense work will cost $120.00 per hour. These services include much planning and hard work on our part including physical visits, as example possibly you need to relocate and at the same time you either desire to scale up the size of the store, change it's image etc., we need to physically come and hear your needs, see your existing ways of doing business, scout out locations using our strangers to the area mentality as an advantage, so without bias from being to close to the problem we can objectively tell you about traffic patterns, and visibility of locations within a given retail pocket, so you don't fool yourself into thinking a potential location is desirable just out of desperation.
* On site consulting requires payment of travel and lodging and a initial deposit of $1000.00 app. toward service performed.
Our consulting for new store start ups is based with a initial meeting, and discussion of needs and then based on a combination of flat fee and hourly on going fee after initial opening, and of course the overall costs would be determined by the level of assistance you need to get open and operating. As an example if you know nothing about the industry and you are going to need us to do everything from construction planning to training, ordering of showroom and inventory etc. etc. your start up costs could vary from 25,000 dollars to 45,000.00 depending on size and necc. guidance.
However if you have been in the business and just need a professional second opinion that is totally unbiased to assist you in making the correct decisions along the way or fill in the gaps where you lack experience the costs to successfully get started might only be 2-3,000.00 dollars U.S.
